We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is corked or flawed or arrives to you in a damaged condition due to our improper handling or that of the shipping company. Please contact us directly to address your concern and for requests for replacement wine 707-938-7292. We may ask for the return of the wine at your expense to determine it's flawed condition before issuing a refund.
We are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please consider weather when selecting your shipment method. During extreme cold or warm weather we recommend holding back or expediting your shipment until weather allows safe shipping.
