The aroma abounds with densely layered notes of ripe blackberries, blueberries, créme de cassis and soaring minerality indicative of this micro-site. Hints of violets, sweet cigar box, espresso and bittersweet chocolate compliment this expansive wine.

The palate is serious, gripping and decadent. The ample flavors of purple and black fruits, currants and forest floor lead generously to fine grained tannins and a long, weighty finish. This wine will deliver from first sip to finish over the next two decades.
